做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
