做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
