做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
