做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
