做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
