做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
