做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
