做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
