做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
