做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
