做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
