做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
