做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
