做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
