做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
