做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
