做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
