做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
