做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
