做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
