做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
