做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
