做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
