做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
