做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
