做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
