做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
