做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
