做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
