做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
