做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
