做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
