做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
