做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
