做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
