做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
