做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
