做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
