做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
