做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
