做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
