做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
