做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
