做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
