做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
