做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
