做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
