做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
