做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
