做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
